All members receive discounts and/or no-charge seats to our public and to your own private events, if we are asked by a member company to conduct something in-house. Collaboration and networking between our members is also promoted. We are also connected to some of the best organizations in Massachusetts, who also provide their own great networking opportunities. For example, our discounting helps your membership pay for itself. This varies depending on the event, which may come at no charge for members, but if there is a cost, the savings are always significant, saving your people over $100 per person on each event.

Here are several examples of our public and private and customized single-company Baldrige-related workshops. All our topics relate to the systems of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Information and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results.

Baldrige for Managers and Leaders (this looks at Baldrige from the perspective of running the company, not assessing the company)

We have been separate on-site company workshop events. In each event, senior leaders recognized this format was more successful in reaching their goals and the goals of the workshop more so than if they themselves or employees would have traveled off site. These are the advantages:
